Rajo Laurel marks his 20th year in the Philippine fashion industry and birthday celebration last Sunday (May 20), recognized by "Fashion Show Samsung Metrowear Icon: Rajo Laurel."  The tribute show features a wide variety of new collections, playing with hues of whites, blacks grays and reds - Everything a Rajo is notable for. From evening wear, bridal and couture, every technique ( cuts, drapes, sequins ) is brilliantly incorporated as well. 

Likewise, a definite highlight is his expression of shapes, using hoops and cable wires that are sophisticatedly accented. I can't further describe how it was executed beautifully, but the images says it all!

And of course, I am wearing an RTW classic piece by Mr. Rajo Laurel himself. I've had it for quite a while now and I expect it to settle with me for a lifetime!

As you may have noticed, this might be a rare occasion since I'm wearing a one piece dress. The blue China print just left me with admiration and it is perfect for summer.

To balance the look, I combined it with a black jacket and leopard flats. I'm lovin' it!

To tell you the truth, I'm very particular when it comes to heels. I always tend to go for low ones that I can manage to walk around for a long period of time. If not, I restrain myself not to take it. And so, I was pleased enough to obtain these chunky black heels, that is everything in ultimate perfection.

Today, I'm wearing it with an old zebra top and bf jeans. Hope you enjoy the look!:)
